Get yourself one of the best all around helmets on the market. Hedon Helmets are handmade in London, UK. They are low-profile, well crafted helmets that can only be bought at Revival Cycles, as we are the sole Hedon Helmet importer in the States. Each helmet size is made with separately proportioned shells, which form perfectly to your head and prevent the dreaded “bobblehead” effect. These well crafted helmets are available in a wide range of colors with finishes in either matte or gloss.

Hedon helmets fit snug and we recommend you order a size larger than you normally wear. You can also measure your head and refer the the sizing chart for the most accurate sizing.

    Great for big Noggin’s

As superficial as this sounds, I actually bought this helmet because I have a big head and had seen reviews where people praised how small it was despite being DOT & ECE certified. I’m normally a size Large in every brand (Shoei, Arai, Biltwell, etc) but for this helmet Revival was gracious enough to notify me that I should order an XL so I did. Thankfully the XL fits perfect and yes, the helmet somehow makes my big head seem more normal sized even when compared to my size L Shoei.

As far as aesthetics, it’s probably the best looking and lightest modern “retro” helmet I’ve ever worn and I’ve owned a few. The fit is actually perfect going a size up and it’s comfortable but snug. My biggest gripe with the helmet (other than the cost) is the fact that the liner is non-removable. Because of that there’s also no way to run a Bluetooth comm system under the liner.

All in all, if you’re looking for a “retro” styled helmet that’s comfortable and doesn’t make you look like captain kazoo then search no more. But keep in mind with the retro look comes retro functionality meaning no adjustable air flow, permanent liner, only 2 visor positions (open or closed), and lack of compatibility with comm systems. For the cost, I would have liked to see more modern features built into a retro exterior but if that’s a major issue for you then look into the Shoei Glamster.
