No these very economical wire strippers aren't the most expensive in my tool kit but on account of their quality and versatility they've quickly become my go to for motorcycle wiring projects.
If I were only going to have one set in my tool box this would likely be the pair I chose.
They are marked for 22-10AWG or 0.5-6mm² wire but I've found that the largest stripper works on the thin walled 12 gauge TXL used in our wire kits without damaging the stranded wire core which means they'll address all of the wire sizes we typically use on an m.Unit installation.
The wire strippers and cutters are machine sharpened, ensuring clean cuts through insulation and stranded copper wire for a very long time. I've been using mine regularly for over a year and they've yet to dissapoint.
As a little added bonus the tool end features toothed jaws that come in handy when you might otherwise need to reach for another tool.
